History
of the School
Rainbow connection
Kindergarten had only 2-3 rooms for children ages 1 year to 6 years
in the year 2000.
In the following years, three more classrooms were built to cope
with the increasing number of children and today we have three classrooms
each for Nursery, KG and Pre-Primary i.e. KG1 and KG2 and KG3 and
one for the playgroup.
Space is created in the classroom to encourage small group work
and more personal attention to individual children and also introduce
to home corner, book corner and shop corner, etc.
The Kindergarten
has a fully equipped Library, equipped Montessori apparatus room
and Computer room where the children are taught by the qualified
experienced teachers.
Everyone learns
more easily and enthusiastically as a member of a socially aware
and self-disciplined group working in a relaxed and mutually respectful
atmosphere.
From the earliest age we encourage children to practice self-control
and acquire a concern for others that will help them to gain the
maximum benefit from their educational environment and allow their
fellow pupils the opportunity to do likewise.
Our programme
of staff development helps maintain a lively and stimulating environment
and the framework of meetings and consultations, both formal and
informal, ensures constant awareness of the individual needs of
the pupils.
We co-operate
closely with parents in furthering this harmonious and compassionate
climate in which their children may flourish. It is this environment
for learning that we, and many parents, believe to be the
greatest benefit and independent school can offer a child.
